House Warrer is the active and ruling house of the County of Lancaster, and swears fealty to King Wulfstan Forthhere and the Kingdom of Foeshire. After many years of loyal service to King Wulfstan, Archibald Warrer, founder of House Warrer, was ennobled and given lands near the eastern borders of the kingdom. In these new lands the County of Lancaster was established, with its administration being given to Archibald as Count of Lancaster.
